How to order
You will need to be an existing customer or be referred through our head office to place an online order with Kat Kards.
To enter our online shop, login using the username and password supplied by Kat Kards.
Once logged in, the Our Ranges menu can be used to browse through available designs in Kat Kards ranges. The Search option in Order Online can be used to search by design code, by range, or by occasion.
The FULL DISPLAY option is more suitable for ordering a small number of designs. It provides detailed information on each design together with a thumbnail image of the design. 1 to 5 designs can be displayed per page and you will be asked to confirm each unit that you add to your shopping cart.
The QUICK SEARCH option is more suitable for ordering a large variety of designs. It provides a list view of the search results with the design code and a brief description. A more detailed description can be viewed by clicking on the design title. This view displays all your search results on a single page, even Kat Kards entire range. It allows you to select the number of units you require for each design and add them all to the shopping cart with a single click. Add the designs that you wish to order to your shopping cart and when finished, continue to delivery. Complete the form with your billing and shipping details. Freight costs for delivery within Australia will be listed. Continue on to enter your credit card details or your Kat Kards account number (click here for payment methods) then submit the order. All orders are encrypted and securely sent to Kat Kards. If you do not wish to send your order over the Internet, you can print your order and fax it to our head office on +61 8 9221 0277.
