Shipping Policy
Existing retail customers will not be charged freight on orders over the value of $165 (wholesale including GST).
The freight charge will still be displayed on your order however it will not be charged on your invoice and it will be deducted from your credit card payment.
Orders from individuals and non-retail customers will incur a freight charge, as detailed below.
FREIGHT RATES
- Freight costs listed are for orders within Australia only.
- Rates within Australia:
- Up to 250 grams: $1.45
- Over 250 grams to 500 grams: $4.20
- Over 500 grams to 3 kilograms: $10.00
- Over 3 kilograms to 5 kilograms: $15.00
- Over 5 kilograms: Kat Kards will need to quote based on order weight and location.
- International orders will need to have a freight cost quoted per order.
